I'm covering the Convention as a reporter for my local newspaper. I also plan to post daily in this DailyKos diary.
Since my media credentials include seating in the press area of the Fleet Center, I'd like to do some "blogging of the media." I've had a journalism background for a long time, but never been to a major national media event like this. So, I'll be somewhat of a novice and bring that perspective to what I write about.
I plan to observe how the press responds to the speakers, responds to press releases, talks among themselves, follows the group, acts independently, etc. I also have in mind some questions I'd like to ask individuals. What questions would you ask, and of whom?
